No Reckless Driving Violations in past 5 years. Terminations: Drivers termed from their last 2 Driving jobs (Class A or B) will not qualify. Felonies and Misdemeanors: Class A Felony must be 10 years old from the date of conviction and be reviewed. Class B or C, must be outside 7 years from the conviction date.
