Forklift operator - Whiteland

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift operator to work with a leading logistics company in Whiteland. This role involves moving materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Shift patterns

• Friday - Sunday 7 am - 7 pm

Pay rates

• 22.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Forklift operator

• Knowledge of Logistical Supply Chain methods and inventory control
• Previous experience with forklift operation
• Proficiency with pallet wrap machines, reach trucks, and cherry pickers
• Ability to read and understand orders and count products across different areas
• Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift

Role for Forklift operator

• Safely operate industrial trucks and machinery in an industrial environment
• Inspect product loads for accuracy and move them through the facility
• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and boxes
• Secure materials or products for transport to designated areas
• Control levers and operating devices, such as forks and hoists, to load, transport, and stack materials
• Complete all requisitions with prompt, efficient, and safe outcomes
