We are seeking a  motivated, ambitious, and career-driven individual for our Entry Level Management Trainee program. This full-time opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer service, business development, leadership, and management while building a long-term career.

As a Management Trainee, you’ll work alongside experienced leaders to develop practical skills and prepare for leadership and management opportunities . We provide paid training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

No prior experience is required — comprehensive training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sales, marketing, customer engagement, and promotional activities
• Represent nationally recognized brands at events and marketing campaigns
• Build strong customer and client relationships
• Learn sales, account management, business development, and leadership strategies
• Support campaign execution and team goals
• Participate in daily coaching and leadership development
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer experiences and results
• Help train and mentor new team members as you advance

Qualifications
