Job Description

Associate Director leading regulatory strategy for oncology advertising and promotion across cross-functional teams. Responsible for operations management, budget oversight, process improvement, and staff development while ensuring compliance with advertising regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and lead cross-functional therapeutic teams on multidivisional initiatives
• Manage departmental budget, identify expenditures, and project business needs
• Monitor productivity metrics and identify process or policy improvements
• Oversee day-to-day operations in Director's absence and manage staff development
• Develop complex processes and deliver strategic presentations to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science field; Master's, Ph.D., or Pharm D preferred
• 8+ years pharmaceutical experience with Bachelor's, or 5+ years with Pharm D in advertising/promotion
• Direct responsibility and solid understanding of regulatory advertising and promotion regulations
• Oncology experience preferred
• Experience in complex matrix environments
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Management experience preferred
